Prior to joining the Product Design Program in 2010, Trygve Faste instructed design drawing, rendering and sketching at California State University, Long Beach. He has over eight years experience working as a product designer at Ideo, FakeSpace, and WET Design. He was the design lead for the water features at MGM’s new CityCenter Project in Las Vegas, Nevada. In parallel to his design work Trygve is an exhibiting artist who has shown his work nationally. He was educated at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington with majors in mathematics, computer science and studio art. He earned his MFA in painting from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
